My current stationOn this page you will find a short description of my current radio station.
In the picture to the right you can see a part of my current antenna setup.The satellite antennas are mounted on the roof of my house (10 metres high) on a Yaeasu G5500 AZ/EL rotor. There is a 360 degree free field of vision. Both beams are connected to polarisation switches which allow me to switch both beams independently between horizontal, vertical, right hand circular and left hand circular polarisation. Also in the mast are mounted a SSB SP2000 2m preamp and a SSB SP7000 preamp for 70cm. The HB9CV for 6m is on a seperate roof mount. At the moment this antenna is fixed in E-W direction. In a seperate mast a GPM-1500 vertical antenna for working the HF bands and a Discone antenna is mounted which is currently connected to the PCR1000 receiver.
