My previous stationOn this page you will find a short description of my previous radio station.
In the picture to the right you can see the current antenna setup.From top to bottom: The antennas were mounted on a mast with rotor. The 6 m antenna was aproximately 4 metres above ground level (that is too low, I know...), the discone antenna was 6 metres above ground level. I used about 20 metres of coax cable from the antennas to the transceiver. For 6 m I used Aircel7, for the higher bands I used Aircom+ coax cable. I also had a home made half lambda wire dipole for 10 m reception (RS-12/13 mainly) which was installed indoors in the attic. In the picture below you can see what my previous shack looked like.
